Expert jewelry repair: Jewelery repaired by our expert.
Jewelry Appraisal: Our jewelry appraiser is on site, and GIA Certified, gemstone identification, laboratory report analysis, all the gemological equipment needed to evaluate, and appraise your jewelery all of this with 13 years experience.
Your diamond jewelry purchase has an appraisal included. This may not seem like a lot, but a professional appraisal can cost any where from 150.00 to 200.00, and appraisal’s are needed if you want to add your jewelry to your insurance.
Engraving: Engraving is not done same day.
Gift Cards: Not sure what to get you can take advantage of you gift cards you decide how much you would like to give.
Layaway: Need to budget no problem you can use our convenient layaway program have the diamond jewelry paid for in full by the time you need it. Great Store to all you guys out there that are shopping for and engagement ring you don’t need to go any place else. N.J. Diamonds is the best store I went to and trust me I went all over the place. They are absolutely the best they have the largest and unique selection of diamond engagement rings in the area. If you have an idea in mind for a diamond engagement ring they will work with you no matter how long it takes to get the job done just right. They explained every thing from A to Z about diamonds, and answered every question I had. I found two rings I liked in their store each ring had something that I wanted on it so they suggested that I combined the two rings together, and that is what I did. It took 3 weeks, but the result was worth it and then some. If you are thinking about going on the internet let me tell you been there and done that no one was willing to work with me you can see a photo, but there is nothing like seeing it up close and personal, and that is what I did. Thank you so much for your interest in our jewelry, but we do not have a catalog most of our items are one of a kind in our store. This has posed some problems over the years for us, but we stand behind this idea. We do not carry 10 of the same ring that you see in our show case we try our best to bring in just on or may two of the same jewelry item, that is in our show cases. That goes for earrings, bracelets, diamond necklaces, and colored gem stone jewelry. So you see even if we would put together some sort of catalog by the time it was printed some of the jewelry might be already sold. If I can come up with a different idea to let you have a taste of what we have to offer I will send it to you.

i found a wonderful yellow-diamond engagement ring in a CSA magazine and i’ve been trying to find it but had no luck.
it’s a rectangular 2 karat yellow diamond with white gold or platinum(have no idea,it’s just silverish in the picture).

NJ Diamionds – I very much appreciate your input via the blog. I was considering doing the gold party thing and wanted to educate myself as much as possible before starting. I wish to run an honest and open business and your blog was very helpful in not making huge mistakes in getting started.
I now know and understand a Second Hand Dealer license is required and that business may only be transacted at the location identified in the business license.
Bearing that in mind – it seemed to me that I could still host gold parties, but instead of buying the items at the party – I could extend offers based on that days prices and if they accept, bundle their offer and their gold in a pre-paid package and ask them to mail them to my business for redemption. Do you think a format like this would work and more importantly (I know you’re not a lawyer) but do you think it was satisfy the law? It may not be as exciting as getting paid “cash on the barrelhead” that other parties are offering – but hopefully those that attend will understand and appreciate that it’s beind done this way because it’s legal and through a licensed dealer that knows (and abides by) the law.
Finally – there are many refineries out there claiming to pay 95% of spot on submitted gold but clearly i’m skeptical about paying ppl from parties one amount and getting another from the refiner (I know this will happen by virtue of market fluctuations between the day I buy and the day I sell/it’s accepted by the refine). My question to you is, can you refer me to a refiner that you know and are comfortable with that pays a fair market rate?

I love this store, went to so many store they just did not have the selection that this store carry’s when they say one of the largest selection in the area they are understating it. They have the largest selection of any store that I went to very unique, one of a kind type of rings, you can find anything here. The price is very good I would know I shopped until I thought I was not going to find anything that would work for me this store has it, and if they do not they will make it for you. N.J. Diamonds is one of those jewelry stores that you think do not exist any more. Family owned husband, and wife very classy, and elegant jewelry, at very very affordable prices. WOW! It was such a pleasure to read all of the lovely comments on your store. Actually, I found you on another website that listed other favorable customer comments! Which brings me to my email.
I live in New Jersey, so when seeing N.J, I first thought you were located in NJ! Discouraged when I realized you were not, I still felt it might be worth contacting you anyway – you never know!
Like many people right now, my husband and I have run into some very tight times in recent months. I have been laid off since April, and he was laid off this summer, so now at the end of July, it has really gotten to a critical point for us. So we brainstormed, and we each found items that we would each be willing to sell -and of course my bag of goodies was jewlery.
My problem is this, I have been ripped off by jewelers here (one situation involved our wedding rings!), I also see a “WE buy GOLD” storefrontss on more corners everyday.
And then there are the webites…Many websites seem to say that a customer will never get as much money as they can from a jeweler, and going to someone dealing in precious metals makes more sense, or more money anyway.
However, most of my silver jewlery is Tiffany, although not more than one piece is a very recent style, more classic. I know the name is worth something, but is it more than selling a silver link necklace for the weight instead of brand? This is when I don’t know who to trust, especially because we need this to be a good and fair sale, hopefully to help meet rent. Is there anything? Anything, N.J Diamonds that you can advise? Help? An advice and expertise you could share would mean more to my family than I can express. Do you apprise and/or advise long distance…ever? If you have someone in NJ that you trust, please refer me, or if really necessary I can go into the city if you know someone there.
Thank you for putting up with the long “comment”, but as you can probably tell, it has reached a critical point for us, and we need to make the right choice – soon.
