Perhaps being the sqeaky wheel does get attention, I am very pleased to report that within one day of this post, I have received a pleasant, courteous and apologetic phone call from the company. They have located my ring and are hastily sending it to the correct individual with the knowledge and integrity that I was counting on when I sent it. You never know what you will run into, always keep photos and identification for your items when sending them anywhere regardless. Thank you for your assistance.

Amen, a certain TV dealer has had an antique victorian ring 10.1 g 14k yg, 1.75ctw white diamonds with an eye clean oval pyrope garnet in the center since May7. They called once and offered me $110. Now they seem to having problem getting it to the correct dept. to make an offer to sell it, much less at a reasonable offer. No emails or calls seem to help, even though I have sent photos with a letter.
