They have located my ring and are hastily sending it to the correct individual with the knowledge and integrity that I was counting on when I sent it. You never know what you will run into, always keep photos and identification for your items when sending them anywhere regardless. Thank you for your assistance. They called once and offered me $110. Now they seem to having problem getting it to the correct dept. to make an offer to sell it, much less at a reasonable offer. No emails or calls seem to help, even though I have sent photos with a letter.
